Main fuel, replacing charcoal. This product is 100 % natural and comes from well-known french vineyards where the old vines are removed when they are between 50 and 70 years old. It is a very hard wood. This gives the vines plenty of time to flavour your barbecue. Each 4 kg bag is sufficient for 3 barbecues for 3 to 4 people.
First of all, begin your fire with kindling. Then put the vines in the flames. The flames will disappear quickly and the vines will continue to burn slowly, with a very pleasant smoke. You don’t have to wait until the vines are embers to start cooking, because all the scents are released as soon as the burning starts.
After +/- 10 minutes, you can place your food on the grill and enjoy the smoke. You can enjoy all the special aromas of the vines.
Open a good bottle of wine and dinner’s served.
